The Filter Guy is David Jenner. I have spent 15 years installing, servicing and troubleshooting water-treatment systems in homes, retail premises, commercial operations, hospitals and other high-purity environments.
The real history
Practical experience built one installation at a time.
Across more than 1,800 installations, I have worked with everything from a single under-bench drinking-water filter to reverse-osmosis, deionisation, ultraviolet, ultrafiltration and softening systems. That experience comes from doing the work: assessing the water, choosing equipment, installing it, commissioning it, servicing it and sorting out systems that are not performing properly.
HOSPITAL & HIGH-PURITY EXPERIENCE
Water quality where the detail matters
My history includes water-treatment work in hospital and other high-purity settings, including applications where microbiological performance and endotoxin risk formed part of the water-quality requirement. In this work, correct treatment stages, sanitisation, monitoring and maintenance cannot be treated casually.

Filters blocking too quickly?
Give us a call. Short filter life can be a sign that the cartridge does not suit the water or that there is a larger treatment problem upstream. We would rather help find the reason than have you keep buying filters that do not last.
A more difficult water problem?
We are happy to investigate it. Tell us what is happening, how quickly the problem returns and what equipment is already installed. We enjoy the challenging jobs and will help work out the sensible next step.

North Island commercial visits are available by appointment. I am happy to travel to a commercial site, see the operation, understand its particular water problem and discuss the right treatment. Ordinary retail and residential call-outs outside Auckland are not part of this service. Each commercial job is agreed according to its scope, timing and travel requirements.
