Plant and Food Installation 2023
2 x MO1000 Reverse osmosis systems with Watts One ™ cartridge with DI resin rated at 15.4 Ω with both acting as backup redundancy on pressurised supply line to the storage tanks.
Installed high up on lv7 the 2 tanks supplied all the laboratories in the complex and the green houses all buy gravity feed. Eliminating the need for additional supply pumps.
Over sized for the job these have proven to reduce service and maintenance costs by 70% keeping the water quality well under 5 µ/cm since installation.
Also dosing with spectra guard has eliminated the need for a water softener based on the chemical make up of the incoming water.
Design was worked out in detail together with lead engineer JK Lenaduwa and David Jenner director of The Filter Guy Ltd to come up with an power saving system to utilise the hight of the buildings and water treatment system.
